The Medicube Zero Pore Pad 2.0 are toner pads for pore-refining care. They combine cleansing and exfoliation in one step: the pads loosen dead skin cells, cleanse the pores, refine the look of your skin and hydrate it at the same time. The combination of AHA (lactic acid) and BHA (salicylic acid) supports a clear, even-looking complexion. This makes the pads well suited to blemish-prone skin.

Key ingredients

• Salicylic acid (BHA): works deep within the pores, dissolves sebum and dead skin cells and helps pores look clearer.
• Lactic acid (AHA): loosens dead skin cells, smooths the look of your skin and clears clogged pores.
• Panthenol: provides hydration and soothes the feel of your skin.
• Centella Asiatica extract: cares for your skin with soothing properties.

The formula is complemented by betaine, trehalose, allantoin and sodium hyaluronate, as well as extracts of willow bark, grape and apple. Essential oils from citrus peel, rosemary, eucalyptus and lavender are also included.

How to use the pads

After cleansing, swipe the embossed side over your forehead, nose and chin, where sebum tends to collect. Use the smooth side over your whole face. There is nothing to rinse off, and serum and cream follow straight away. Start with two to three evenings a week, as the pads contain acids.

Morning or evening?

Evening. AHA and BHA make your skin more sensitive to light. If you use the pads in the morning, follow with sun protection with SPF 50.

Can I use them with retinol?

Which skin is it for?

For oily, blemish-prone skin and combination skin with visible pores. If you have sensitive skin, test a pad on your jawline first.

How long does one tub last?

The tub contains 70 pads. With three evenings a week, it lasts a good five months; with daily use, a good two months. Close the lid after every use so the pads don't dry out.

Does it tingle?

A slight tingling can occur with acid pads. If your skin burns or becomes very red, rinse the area with water and skip a few evenings.
