Shipping & Delivery
We ship with DHL, with tracking, starting from €3.99.
Delivery area
At the moment we only deliver to addresses within Germany, including DHL Packstations and post office branches. Once we add more countries, you'll be able to select them during checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany costs from €3.99 per order. The exact amount depends on the weight and is shown to you during checkout before you submit your order. The amount shown there is always the one that applies.
For orders of €39 or more, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany. What counts is the value of the goods including VAT and excluding shipping costs. All prices include statutory VAT.
Processing and delivery time
We process orders on working days. Orders received by 3 pm usually leave our warehouse the same working day, while later orders leave on the following working day. Delivery within Germany then usually takes one to three working days.
If an item occasionally takes longer, this is stated on the product page, and we'll get in touch with you after you place your order.
Shipping provider
We ship with DHL. For delivery, we pass on your name and delivery address and, if needed, your email address or phone number as well so the parcel can be announced. You can find details in our privacy policy.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll see the tracking number with a link to DHL tracking in your customer account. If you don't have an account, you can find it via “View order” in your order confirmation.
Partial deliveries
If not all items in an order are available straight away, we'll send you what's in stock first. You won't pay any additional shipping costs for the partial delivery.
Transport damage
If your parcel arrives with obvious transport damage, please report the damage to the delivery driver and to us as soon as possible. This helps us with the claim against DHL. Your statutory warranty rights are not restricted by this and do not depend on a report.
Returns

Packaging
We ship in cardboard boxes without plastic filling and cushion with paper. Cardboard and padding material belong in the paper recycling, glass bottles in the glass recycling bin.
