Application
Cleanse your face thoroughly. Pour an appropriate amount of the toner onto your palms or a cotton pad and gently spread it over your face and neck. Then pat it in lightly until the toner has fully absorbed. If needed, apply two to three layers to boost hydration. Follow with a serum and face cream.
