Description

The Probio-Cica Essence Toner from Skin1004 contains Centella, fermented Centella, Panthenol and Trehalose. It has a slightly richer texture than a classic toner and gives your skin a first layer of moisture.

How to use it

After cleansing, put a few drops into your hands and pat it into your skin. Follow with serum and cream.
